ABOUT: Jonah Freeman & Justin Lowe The New York artist duo Freeman & Lowe have been working together since 2007 to create large-scale, complex architectural installations, based on a diverse range of historical and fictitious narratives. Their architectural explorations as immersive installations are realized by reimagining dystopian visions, unexpected scenarios, and subcultural activities. Freeman & Lowe have been collaborating since 2007. Jonah Freeman was born in 1975 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Freeman graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University. Justin Lowe was born in 1976 in Dayton, Ohio. Lowe received an MFA from Columbia University, New York. The artists currently live and work between New York and Los Angeles. They have exhibited all over the world, including in prestigious institutions such as Marlborough Gallery, Robert Miller Gallery, Galerie Mitterrand, Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, and featured at important art events such as the 15th Istanbul Biennial, Taipei Biennial, and Art Basel. Freeman & Lowe's work has been widely featured in publications such as the Financial Times, Forbes, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Wallpaper Magazine, Huffington Post, Artforum, W Magazine, Architectural Digest, and New York Magazine.
